Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to balance being outspoken with understanding your audience. It’s important to take a step back, observe the room, and listen before jumping in. By doing so, you gain valuable insight and context, allowing your voice to be more impactful and thoughtful when you do choose to speak.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced in my field has been establishing credibility as a young woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Stepping into a General Manager role at a relatively early stage in my career required me to consistently demonstrate my capabilities through strong performance, sound decision-making, and strategic thinking. Over time, these efforts have helped me earn the respect of my colleagues and prove my value as a leader.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my work and personal life, I deeply value hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to seeing things through. I believe that dedication and resilience are essential not only for achieving goals but also for growing through challenges and setbacks. These principles guide the way I approach responsibilities, relationships, and long-term success.
