Prudence Buabua, MS, MLS (ASCP) is a highly experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist and ASCP-certified Medical Technologist with over 16 years of expertise spanning transfusion medicine, molecular diagnostics, cell therapy, quality control, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and drug development. Prudence currently serves as a Quality Control Senior Specialist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, potency, and purity of biotech and cell therapy products. Her transition from diagnostic testing to analytical therapeutics marks a strategic and impactful mid-career pivot. In addition to her scientific career, Prudence is the founder and driving force behind Prudence Productions, an event planning enterprise dedicated to community empowerment and women’s leadership.
